We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create a tailored plan to achieve your goals.

Working together we craft a meal plan that not only contains the foods you like but are easy to prepare and implement.

This class offers a nutritional programme for weight loss. Weekly weigh in to keep you on track within a supportive environment. Then join in with a fun workout to put a smile on your face and increase your fitness.

Pilates

A mind and body class that will help you improve your posture, flexibility, strength and control. Leaving you looking and feeling great!

Fun and supportive class that will introduce you to the Pilates mat work method.

You will learn the basic moves and progressions to establish core strength, flexibility, stability, focus the mind and reduce stress. 

Suitable for beginners or intermediates

Price - £10 drop in or £40 for a 5 class pass

5 Week Pilates programme

Tuesday 8pm at Elleray Hall , Teddington, TW11 8UG

This is a small group of 8 people to allow for a more hands on class to really help focus  clients on technique and goals.

You will learn the basic moves and progressions to establish core strength, flexibility, stability, focus the mind and reduce stress. 

Suitable for beginners or intermediates

Price - 5 week class £40

One to One Programme

Many people are being referred for Pilates by their GP's, Physios etc as Pilates can really help strengthen muscles, increase core strength, improve flexibility and overall posture that can assist with an number of ailments such as back and shoulder issues etc. as well as mental wellbeing. 

Programmes are designed  just for you to ensure that you look and feel great.

Nutrition, Weight Management and Fitness Consultant

Obesity is fast becoming one of the biggest health epidemics that is costing millions of lives and is now effecting our children which is terrifying. Too often people are given medication to combat the 'symptoms' of obesity but rarely the tools to manage the 'cause' - their weight and lifestyle. My aim is to help people find effective strategies and weight loss techniques to ensure they lead healthier happier lives. 

Personal Story

In my younger years, like most people, my attention was far more focused on working and having fun. I didn't really question what I was eating or drinking. I would grab food on the run and Friday night was always social, meeting friends in the pub and then going out for dinner.


 It was only as I got older and tried to conceive that I realised my way of life was having a detrimental effect on my health and chances of conception. I was told that losing weight would help tremendously but no one told me how to do it. There is so much information available and not all of it good - do I do Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Cabbage Soup diet or go Paleo Argh! So I did my own research on what I hoped would work for me. As a result I became very interested in nutrition and exercise. 


Having finally been blessed with children you then realise just how important it is to give them everything they need to flourish and how nutrition and fitness plays a huge part in that. I have learnt so much about how a healthy diet and lifestyle can do so much more for you than a pill ever could - it really is Natures Prescription. 


When you look after yourself and your loved ones from the inside out, you are giving you all the best gift for life. By learning and teaching how to nourish and lead a healthy lifestyle for a healthy body and mind, you are giving yourself and your family the tools to live a happy, healthy, energetic life.
